tandem skydiving...what's involved?
Guided through step by step instruction you will be securely attached to your instructor from take off until landing, equipped with a parachute specifically designed in supporting two people. Then, climb aboard the aircraft and enjoy the outstanding panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast, Bribie and Moreton Islands, Redcliffe Peninsula, as well as Brisbane CBD during your 20 minute flight to altitude!
On exit, experience the exhilaration as you leave the aircraft two miles high above the Brisbane landscape to feel the adrenalin rush take over, as you accelerate to terminal velocity of 120 mph, freefalling to 5000ft!
Your instructor will deploy the parachute and fly you safely back to earth, guiding you through the basic flying maneuvers during your six minute canopy flight to the airfield!
All tandem instructors are extremely experienced freefall parachutists with thousands of jumps to their credit, who hold Tandem Instructor ratings. Our equipment is new and the most modern, technologically advanced tandem skydiving equipment available.
